INSET (in-service education and training) model for science teachers, beter if for one package inset includeing all of scinece teachers competences. Afterward, the trainees should have opportunities to aply their insight at classroom level. Whatever the trainees faced in their profesinal task should be discused in the further inset. That is the inset model. The subject matter including ten competencies (pedagogy, curriculum, inquary, the nature of science, evaluation, social contex of science, science contex, profesional organization, and educaional environment). The "tools" for researh should be discused as an input for continous improvement.
